Ingredients:
Organic and grass-fed preferred for all ingredients

3 Lb. beef or lamb bones (Substitute with desired protein bones)

2-3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

3 cups chopped vegetables such as beets, carrots, celery, and parsley

1-2 oz. liver

1-2 cloves fresh garlic
-
1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Cover with water and simmer or slow cook for 24 to 72 hours.
Discard bones, strain out solids, and skim cooled fat once solidified.
Portion into small containers or ice cube trays and freeze.
Can be offered on its own or incorporated with meals for added flavor and hydration.
