As of Monday, December 18 at 9:00 am, BVV / BPNW will be implementing a cancellation policy. If you No Show or do not Cancel your pet's appointment with more than 48 hours notice; you will be charged the Examination Fee for your pet. If your pet is scheduled for a Technician Appointment, and you No Show or Cancel with less than 48 hours notice; you will be charged the Technician Visit Fee. This policy was established to provide the highest level of veterinary care to all of our patients. You may cancel via a phone call or an email with more than 48 hours and no fee will be charged. We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, when you do not call in advance to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another pet from getting much needed treatment. Thank you for your understanding.
