Before you apply to become a new client, we would like to explain what is expected from you and your pet. At Balanced Pet NW, we believe that holistic medicine is not a one-time fix, but a continuous process that requires commitment and cooperation. Therefore, we require our clients to:
- Maintain up-to-date annual exams for their pets. This helps us monitor their health status and prevent any potential issues.
- Partake in our holistic services at least once every three months. We offer acupuncture, herbal medicine, manual therapy, laser therapy, and more. You can find more details about our services and prices on our Services page. These services can help your pet with pain relief, stress reduction, immune system support, and overall wellness.
- Be willing to follow the vet's directions in traditional Chinese medicine. Our vets are trained and certified in this ancient healing system that views the body as a whole and treats the root cause of disease. Traditional Chinese medicine may involve dietary changes, herbal formulas, or other recommendations that may differ from conventional veterinary practices.
- Understand that the review process for new clients takes a few weeks to complete. We receive many applications and we want to make sure that we can provide the best care for each pet. We appreciate your patience and we will contact you as soon as possible.
To ensure the best possible care for your pet, we will perform a new patient exam that includes baseline diagnostics. This will help us tailor our services to your pet's specific needs and health conditions.

$185 - Annual Bloodwork, Fecal Parasite Screen, Heartworm Test
$80 - DAP Titer or Vaccine (Waived if one has been done in the last year)
$46 - $435 Rabies Vaccine ($46), Rabies Titer ($435) or Signed Waiver (Waived if one has been done in the last year)
Feline: New Patient Exam starts at $513.00

$176 - Annual Bloodwork, Fecal Parasite Screen, and Urinalysis
$46 - FVRCP Vaccine ($46), or Signed Waiver (Waved if one has been done in the last year)
$46 - $435 Rabies Vaccine ($46), Rabies Titer ($435) or Signed Waiver (Waived if one has been done in the last year)

3. Give a brief described as to why you would like to be a client at Balanced Pet NW. We will be sending you a questionnaire, so no need to go to in-depth.
4. Select the desired date & hour.
5. Create an account.
