New Payment Policy!

We hope this message finds you and your pets well. We are writing to inform you of an important update to our payment policy. Effective April 3, 2024, Balanced Pet NW will transition to a cashless business model and will no longer accept checks or cash as forms of payment.


This change is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our operations and provide you with the most secure and efficient service possible. We understand that this may be an adjustment for some, and we are here to assist with the transition. Our accepted forms of payment will include all major credit/debit cards and mobile payment platforms.
