Many of you have asked why we are changing our name and what it means for our practice. Let me explain. Balanced Pet NW, formerly Big Valley Vet, is still owned by Dr. Shelby Watson, who is committed to providing the best integrative holistic care for your pets. We know that holistic vets are in high demand and short supply in our area, so we decided to focus on serving clients who want to benefit from both western and eastern medicine. We have a range of special and unique services that can help your pets live healthier and happier lives. To make this vision a reality, we have a new practice manager, Kelley Vincent, who is a local resident and a passionate animal lover. Assisting the Practice Manager is Lou, who is the Morale Manager. Lou is responsible for boosting the morale of the staff and the clients. She is usually at the clinic and enjoys meeting new people. She is leading the way in upgrading our software, improving our client communications, and providing new structure for our team. We are excited about this new chapter, and we hope you are too.
